Tenant Advice Inspections
Inspections may be booked by contacting Kas Woch Real Estate on (07) 4922 3631 or by email to the property manager of the desired property.
APPLICATIONS
While conducting the inspection our Property Management team will have application forms for you to collect.
For each adult (over 18) an application will need to be filled out.
If a person over the age of 18 will be living in the house but will not be on the lease, ensure they have filled out the application and they will only have to supply us with one form of photo identification as found on our application (they will then be processed as an approved occupant).
Please ensure that you have viewed the property before we receive the application.
When the person looking on your behalf is viewing the property ensure they notify the Property Manager that they are not the applicant. Ensure that you write on your application when they viewed the property and state that someone looked on your behalf.
When submitting your application, please ensure you have the correct 100 points of identification – the list of identification can be found on page 5 of the application.
Fill the application out with as much detail as possible and ensure you have signed on pages 3 & 6, this will ensure that your application can be processed as quick as possible.
